The 4 Pillar Plan

'The 4 Pillar Plan' is a book by Dr Rangan Chatterjee, a UK based GP and focuses on practical tips to:

  • help you relax

  • eat better

  • move more

  • sleep better

These are areas that most of us all need to improve in our lives. It helped me to identify areas where I am doing well (such as sleep) and definite areas I can improve, like nutrition and exercise.

One of my favourite parts of the book was the 'rainbow chart' to help you eat as many different coloured fruit and vegetables over the week. My daughter (who has always been a fussy eater) joined in try to tick off as many colours each day as possible.

I love this book and highly recommend it.
